Client Update Center

Website updates are provided for Regal Creative's current web-host clients. If you aren't one of our current hosting clients and would like to request updates to your website content, please use our Request a Quote form.

How to Request Site Updates
  1. Enter your FreshBooks username and password in the fields to the right and click "Log in."
  2. After your FreshBooks account loads, click the "Support" tab.
  3. Click the "New Ticket" button.
  4. Enter a ticket subject, such as two or three words about your update, in the "Subject" box.
  5. Select "Website Updates" in the "Department" box (it is very important you select the correct department to ensure timely response).
  6. Enter a description of the updates you would like to be performed in the "Details" box. Please also note if you will be uploading any documents and/or images with your update request (see below for instructions on uploading files).
  7. Click "Submit" to send the update request to Regal Creative.

How to Upload Site Update Documents

If you need to upload images and/or documents related to your website update, please follow the directions below.
  1. Enter your FreshBooks username and password in the fields to the right and click "Log in."
  2. After your FreshBooks account loads, click the "Documents" tab.
  3. Click the "Clients - Upload Files Here" link on the right.
  4. Click the "Upload File" button.
  5. After the "Upload File" page appears, click the "Browse" or "Choose File" button. Locate the file on your computer and click "Open" or "Choose."
  6. Enter a description of the file in the "Document name" field.
  7. Click "Save" to upload the file, of "Save & Add Another" if you are uploading multiple files. A popup window will appear, informing you of the status of your upload.

Terms of Service for Web Updates

Website updates for Regal Creative hosted clients are performed every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All updates are accepted up until 4pm of the respected day in order to be completed on that day. Any updates received after 4pm of that day, or any non-update day, will be completed on the next available update day.

Website updates include:
  • Basic, textual content
  • Replacement or placement of images on an already created page [Resizing, image modification is included for 1 image per update. More than 1 image will be quoted upon request]
Website updates DO NOT include:
  • Creation of new pages on website
  • Correction / Fixing of any client-induced issues on website
  • Any new features or functions, product options, etc. needed from website or shopping cart that were not previously contracted for as stated in your Regal Creative Service Agreement [this could include a blog, options for new products to be included in a shopping cart, etc]
  • Any update that exceeds the 20 min. update timeframe
  • Any other request that does not fall under the included website updates as listed above
If an update exceeds the 20 min. timeframe allotted per client, per week, Regal Creative will notify the client. At that time the client will be given the option to have Regal Creative complete the updates, which will be time tracked and invoiced upon completion based on Regal Creative's hourly rate, or to have the updates performed over the following weeks in the normal 20 min. timeframe, until complete.

If you are unsure whether your updates comply with the terms for updates, please upload them through the update form informing us of your question. Upon receipt, we will verify whether or not the updates fit within the timeframe, and will notify you accordingly.

Additionally, please note that updates sent via email to the staff at Regal Creative will not be performed, or replied to. This allows Regal Creative to efficiently and appropriately manage all update requests that come to us. Please use our ticketing system as your first means of contact for any issue you may have, and the Regal Creative team will follow up with you shortly-thereafter.
