How to Create a Support Ticket
- Enter your FreshBooks username and password in the fields to the right and click "Log in."
- After your FreshBooks account loads, click the "Support" tab.
- Click the "New Ticket" button.
- Enter a ticket subject, such as two or three words about your issue, in the "Subject" box.
- Select "Tech Support" in the "Department" box (it is very important that you select the correct department to ensure a timely response).
- Enter a longer description of your issue in the "Details" box.
- Click "Submit" to send the ticket to Regal Creative.
