How to Create a Support Ticket

  1. Enter your FreshBooks username and password in the fields to the right and click "Log in."
  2. After your FreshBooks account loads, click the "Support" tab.
  3. Click the "New Ticket" button.
  4. Enter a ticket subject, such as two or three words about your issue, in the "Subject" box.
  5. Select "Tech Support" in the "Department" box (it is very important that you select the correct department to ensure a timely response).
  6. Enter a longer description of your issue in the "Details" box.
  7. Click "Submit" to send the ticket to Regal Creative.
