It's really important for us to get to know you, and the best way to start is to find out a bit about your history, where you came from, what your values and mission is, etc.

Don't worry, we don't need anything like your birth records or social security. Just tell us your story like you would if we were chatting over coffee.

We know you'll probably just want to bullet point this out, but you're trying to sell something to your customers, whether it's a product or a service.

Your distribution channels are key to your business' success. We are very interested in learning about how your company distributes your product or service, and who you distribute it to.

Are you a manufacturer who goes through distribution channels, or do you double dip on the B2C side as well? Do you work straight with the end user? Tell us a little more about these people and how you get your products and / or services to them.

Okay, so we're not asking you to tell us all about your pricing structures... just yet. Instead, it's helpful for us to get a good understanding about how you price your products or services for your customers.
